All Set began during Ironman training.

Long days of swimming, cycling, and running meant managing multiple products at once. Carbohydrates for energy, electrolytes for hydration, salt pills, gels, bars, and something to stay mentally sharp deep into a session. We searched for a single solution that could do all of it well. When it didn’t exist, we set out to build it.

From the start, All Set was developed through a lens of biochemistry, sports nutrition, and kinesiology. One of the first things we learned was that carbohydrates are not interchangeable. Fast-absorbing carbohydrates are useful for quick energy and specific performance moments, while slower-digesting carbohydrates provide more stable, sustained fuel. Rather than choosing one, we use intentional blends, adjusting carbohydrate types and quantities based on the demands of each sport.

We applied the same rigor to electrolytes and performance support. Sodium, potassium, and magnesium levels are deliberately higher than typical sports drinks to support hydration, fluid retention, and muscle function. Beyond fueling the body, we also focused on fueling the mind. Research shows that cognitive focus, neuromuscular control, and fatigue resistance play a major role in performance, especially during long or intense efforts. Ingredients that support blood flow, neurotransmitter balance, and mental clarity were incorporated to help athletes stay composed and in control when it matters most.

What began as a formula to support training evolved into something we relied on throughout the day. Through continued research, expert input, and athlete testing, All Set became a smarter, more complete approach to fueling.

Today, All Set creates sport-specific drink mixes that bring together carbohydrates, electrolytes, and cognitive support in one formula, tailored to how different sports stress the body and mind.
